Latin Trading was formed as a close corporation in 1995 and, under the control of Victor Jiménez, operates mainly in the importing and exporting of a wide range of goods and services, including electrical, electronic and computer equipment, construction, alternative energy, and mining equipment.
Latin also acts as import/export agents, and as wholesalers to large companies and institutions, contractors and retailers, as well as having excellent working relationships with many of the foreign Embassies based in South Africa.
All import/export documentation and administration is done in-house, and the company can issue the SADEC Certificates. Latin is associated with reliable shipping companies such as DACHSER, EXPRESS LINK CARGO, NESH FREIGHT, SILVER DOVE INTERNATIONAL, SCHENKER, TNT, FEDEX and DHL.
In conjunction with Credit Guarantee BIDVEST BANK and RMB PRIVATE BANK, Latin ensures that all international transactions are under insurance supervision and financial control.
Latin Electrical Pty Ltd was opened in 2000, servicing the Pretoria east area to Developers, Electrical Contractors, Municipalities, Government Departments, Factories and the general public.
